The Stretch Podcast is a space where I share my thoughts on matters of personal transformation, emotional wellbeing and spiritual growth. My teachings are largely based on what I’ve learnt through reading, observed and experienced over the years. The podcast is also a space where i have conversations with people whose work and life experiences has inspired and helped me grow. People who are not only experts in their fields but have open hearts, generous spirits and are teachers in their own right and are perpetual students of life.

Mwalimu is a visionary, writer, black power activist and cultural activist, who was born in the township of Ga-Kgosi Galeshewe.
From his teenage years, Mshudulu helped found and served in various community organisations. These are groups like Ubuntu Cultural group and the Galeshewe Cultural Organisation (GCO).He currently serves as the chairperson of the Black Power Front (BPF), and is a co founder and resident anchor of the online Afrocentric channel, Mutapa.

While homeschooling is gaining ground as more families are choosing to homeschool, it is still not mainstream.
With Covid 19 and the recent lock regulation many parents (mothers in particular) had to do some form of homeschooling. Some loved it others hated it. Some children florished while others struggled.

Bio
Unathi Mbonambi is a sought after wedding photographer, whose work infuses elegance, creativity and fun in capturing images.
With degrees in Economics & Econometrics, and Strategic Management, she traded briefcases and stilettos for sneakers and chasing sunsets when she discovered her love for photography, and set about teaching herself the beautiful art.
Together with Anna Simantov of Zodwa Bridal, she founded Mzansi Bride, when they recognised the access-to-market challenges and obstacles that the black wedding supplier faces in the wedding industry.
A wife, and a homeschooling mother of 4 kids 9 and under, she is also an influencer in the parenting space, where she blogs about parenting, homeschooling, marriage and a Christian lifestyle.
