This conversation with Banesa is easily amongst the best I have had on the podcast and I have had many great conversation. This one is right up there with the top 10. 

In this episode Banesa takes us through her journey that led to her becoming a seeker of of alternative healing, which led to understanding self love and fully embracing yoga, Kundilini yoga in particular. We also talk about the moon and it's connection to us the feminine. Why we should rever this cosmic bond we have with the moon. 

BIO 

Banesa Tseki is from Organic Nomad, a yoga and wellness company under the B.Creative Group. Organic Nomad is an African millennials spiritual journey that manifests in Yoga, Plant based living and Travel. She is one of the co-owners of the 100% black and female owned Nest Space Yoga studio in Johannesburg. 

The Nest is an inclusive wellness space offering holistic health services to all. It is a space built around values of inclusivity, fair representation, community and connection. In African culture a child is said to inherit the characteristics of their name, Banesa is Sesotho means 'Turn on the Light', a divine purpose that guides her spiritual journey today.
