In this episode we continue where we left off, focusing on all the PAUSES that women go through over the course of her late life.
Bio:
A juggler is how Xoli describes herself. From family to work, from adventure to doing nothing. Doing nothing is an an activity right? She is the author of The Perimenopausal Globetrotter, a menopause advocate and policy advisor, a creative director Indigenously (her contemporary African print clothing line) and an optimum living consultant, amongst other roles.
If she was a billboard she would read: 'Understanding yourself is power. Loving yourself is freedom. Forgiving yourself is peace. Being yourself is bliss.'
