In this episode I am in conversation with Nomveliso (TeenCoach) Mbanga on her journey of coaching teens. The first part of the conversation begins with her sharing about her beautiful and unique relationship with her father, this is what lead her to not only coaching teens but to almost be a specialist on coaching teen boys

I run a Coaching Training Institute that offers dual services: coaching services as well

as Coaching Training certifications. that are ICF accredited. Mayine Development

Institute is an Indigenous Centered Approach to Coaching, human development and

personal growth. Using Informational Education to be a feeder to Formal Education

Institutions.

I used +25yrs of corporate experience to build & grow the business that I run by

creating a niche approach that is heavily leaning on indigenous knowledge system in

understanding our human element & what makes us thrive

I founded Nomveliso Mbanga Teencoaching TM Programme a trademarked concept

that is an emotional well-being support coaching programme for pre-teens, teenagers

and young adults. We are an Indigenous Centered approach-oriented organization

whose focus is the mental & emotional wellbeing of a growing individual using

indigenous support methods. TeencoachingTM is a coaching program that is tailored for

the personal development of teens teenagers. It is also a trademarked concept that's

under Mayine Development Institute.
