Sibo’s Bio
I'm a Zulu woman, born and bred in Ladysmith KwaZulu Natal, SA.
The love of travel and the finer things in life landed me in the UK many years ago, and since then I have been hit by the travel bug and found myself a home in London. I'm a firstborn and I have all the traits that you can think of, deputy parent, breadwinner and rich auntie…
I can also be found cooking a storm for my family and entertaining them with my travel stories… my Gogo would be proud if she had to see how much I living cooking as an adult, she used to warn me for loving books so much, and she will say, will your husband eat books? I love the outdoors and all things healthy eating and mindfulness...
My new-found hobby is walking to work, so that's 2 hours of total bliss that clears my head and allows me to indulge in stretch podcasts and coaching notes, what an awesome way to start and end my day, as a single mum, this time as become my precious me time. I'm also big on friendship and sisterhood, my tribe anchors me to be my best self and I do the same for them.
I have been a Radiographer for 23 years and have enjoyed my career both in SA and the UK, the most fulfilling part of this is seeing my patients walk away with a bit of hope and mentoring and training that Junior is also fulfilling. As I get older I'm more passionate about personal development and spiritual growth, I love referring to myself as Umntwana weThonga as I walk with those who came before me.
