Mental Health has been top of mind for many of us since 2020, the uncertainty that covid and lockdown brought to our lives was too intense to comprehend.
In this episode I am in conversation with Aimee Isaacs on Mental Health, what it is and what it is not as well as how to prioritize mental health in our lives.

Bio
Aimee Isaacs is an occupational therapist with more than 12 years’ experience in child and adult mental health. She has a special interest in mental wellness, anxiety and stress management and in 2020 started The Self-Care Studio, an online platform that aims to destigmatize and improve access to mental health information and stress management techniques using social media platforms like Instagram and Youtube.
This platform has since grown to now offer mental health retreats, sensory regulation stress management toolkits and mental health talks. Aimee is passionate about helping people include mental health self-care in their daily lives in a manner that is easy to use, affordable and accessible.
